Buffalo is a key piece or two away from the challenge for a Super Bowl. After a quiet off-season, it appears the Bills are set to pick up these pieces in the 2021 NFL draft.

Which attaches even more importance to the seven new rookies of the team.

Unlike many NFL teams, the bills don’t have a particularly urgent need in any particular position – but can help improve otherwise solid position groups with one or two outstanding players. That starts with the 30th overall win in the NFL Draft.

The clock is ticking for 2020 AFC runners-up. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming draft bill, including the overall selection, order, and requirements:

Bills NFL Draft Needs

Line of defense: Buffalo has decent defensive talent, but no player has been particularly spectacular in the group of Jerry Hughes, Mario Addison, AJ Epenesa, Ed Oliver, Vernon Butler, or Harrison Phillips. The right choice in the NFL draft could elevate the entire group.Cornerback: Again, Buffalo isn’t in dire straits at cornerback, but another wise choice – maybe Jaycee Horn from South Carolina or Greg Newsome II from Northwestern – could improve a group that already has Tre’Davious White, Levi Wallace and Taron Johnson, and Dane Jackson.
