Raiders quarterback Derek Carr left the game against the Chargers on Thursday night after injuring his groin in a fight.

The raiders listed him as questionable to return.

Carr began to limp when he completed the third game in the late first quarter. Then he went to the Las Vegas locker room when the Raiders kicked a field gate to bring their deficit down to 7-3.

After Carr was eliminated, backup Marcus Mariota took over the offensive in Las Vegas. This is Mariota's first appearance in Las Vegas since signing with the Raiders in the off-season. He spent the first five seasons of his NFL career with the Titans after being drafted second overall by Tennessee of Oregon in 2015.

Mariota threw a 35-yard touchdown pass to Darren Waller on his first run.
