From J.Crew to LoveSeen: How model icon Jenna Lyons manifests creativity
When the President and Executive Creative Director of the J.Crew Group and the entire style icon Jenna Lyons left the company in 2017, the fashion industry was eagerly awaiting their next step. During her 27 years at J.Crew, Lyons worked fearlessly to transform the brand's identity through new styles, photographs, and collaborations that embodied that signature J.Crew aesthetic. Lyon became the face of the brand with a style and eye that is second to none. The New York Times named her "The Woman Who Clothes America" and she was named Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People. While Lyon will have a profound and lasting impact on the fashion industry, she has now shifted her authentic, creative talents to the beauty industry.
This September Lyons announced their new beauty line. LoveSeenand marks her first big project since leaving J.Crew. In collaboration with the renowned make-up artist Troi Ollivierre, Lyons has designed a modern, comprehensive line of artificial eyelashes with 14 unique eyelash sets and, of course, a unique brand identity. Lyons was founded with a mission to make every beauty wish and began this new endeavor to break all the stigma surrounding false eyelashes.
