These 5 hanging developments from Milan made me do a double take
Milan Fashion Week went digital this season, following in the footsteps of Copenhagen, New York and London. To express the obvious, the event looked different this time around, but the wondrous appearance more than made up for the lack of stylish spectators. We didn’t get street style or front row photos, but the designers gave us a lot of pizazz on the catwalk.
It was difficult to narrow down some of my favorite highlights from the Milanese collections this season because there were so many: fantastic dazzling dresses, hyperbolic accessories, bright colors, gloomy suits, badass lederhosen and much more. As expected, blue-chip Italian brands like Valentino, Prada, Fendi and Tod’s played for victory. Scroll down to see 5 top trends of the week.
