watchOS 7 causes Apple Watch Sequence three to restart randomly

Apple's watchOS 7 was released not that long ago, and the update brings a number of new features and improvements to the Apple Watch. However, if you own an Apple Watch Series 3 and don't need to update to the latest version of watchOS just yet, you should pause for now.

This is because, according to multiple complaints from users on the Apple website and MacRumors forum, more than some Apple Watch Series 3 owners appear to have various issues related to the update. Users have reportedly encountered issues such as random reboots, crashes, improperly loaded complications, and poor performance.

Apple released the watchOS 7.0.1 update shortly after watchOS 7, but it seems that the update didn't fix any of these issues. At the moment, it also appears to be an issue with the Apple Watch Series 3 that other Apple Watches don't. Personally, I haven't had any issues with my Series 3 since the update, so your mileage may vary.

Hopefully Apple is aware of these issues and is working on an update that will fix them. In the meantime, as we mentioned before, if you haven't updated to the latest version, you should wait for the time being.
